Pasta with vegetable sauce and pork neck

This delicious recipe is prepared from what I found in the fridge. I bought the pork neck and the whole quantity didn't fit in the freezer anymore, so I had to cut it out and do something ... the weight was not who knows what ... I still had a broccoli that I still have overlooked, a remaining capsicum pepper and a celery stalk, so I got to work and this is the result. A good sauce came out that I combined with pasta ... my husband asked for another portion: D

  • 400 gr of commercial pasta
  • 50 gr butter for pasta
  • 350 gr pork neck
  • 2 onions
  • 1 carrot
  • a piece of celery
  • or celery stalk
  • 1 capsicum
  • broccoli
  • paprika
  • 50 ml oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • dill

Servings: 4

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Pasta with vegetable sauce and pork neck:

Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

Heat the onion in oil until it becomes translucent (do not fry it). Add a little salt and the cleaned, washed and diced vegetables (less broccoli). After the roots have softened, add the pork cubes cut into larger cubes, which has been previously seasoned with salt, pepper and paprika. Mix everything well and leave it on the fire, adding a little warm water from time to time. After the meat is done, add the broccoli and unwrap it in small bunches. Let it boil over the right heat until the meat and vegetables are well done. at the end I added dill (I had it from the freezer)

After I cooked the pasta, I drained it in a strainer. I put the butter and melted it in a pan, over which I added the drained pasta, I mixed well (you can sprinkle with oregano)
