Soup ingredients

• 2 carrots
• 1 celery
• 1 parsnip
• 2 onions
• 1 bunch of parsley
• 2 liters of water
• salt and pepper to taste

Ingredients dumplings

• 4 tablespoons flour
• 4 tablespoons of semolina
• 1 tablespoon of starch
• 1 onion
• salt and pepper to taste

Peel the vegetables. Put the roots on the grater and cut the onion into small pieces. If you want to prepare the soup faster, you can chop all the vegetables with the help of a food processor.

Saute the vegetables in a saucepan with a little oil and water until soft. Then pour water over them and let them boil for about a quarter of an hour.

In the meantime, you can prepare the dumplings. Mix the flour, semolina, starch and finely chopped onion in a bowl. Add a little warm water to get a thick paste. Do not let the composition stand, otherwise you will get hard dumplings.

Take a tablespoon of the composition and put it in the pot with the boiling soup. Let the dumplings boil for about 5-10 minutes, taste the salt and pepper, then turn off the heat. Finally, sprinkle the finely chopped green parsley over the soup.

Put the lid on and let it infuse for a few minutes, then the soup can be served.

Basic soup:

  • 1 kg. of pork bones (I used fork bones)
  • 800 grams of chicken bones (back and claws, necks etc.)
  • 1 piece of ginger 5-6 cm
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 large bunches of green onions
  • 2-3 liters of fresh water

To finish the soup ramen:

  • 100 grams of red miso paste (this is what I used, you can also use white miso)
  • 1 teaspoon topped (or more) doubanjiang spicy pasta (made from fermented beans / soy / beans and chili)
  • 1-2 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons topped with lightly fried sesame seeds
  • 2 large garlic cloves, finely grated (on a grater with small holes)
  • 3 cm. fresh, finely grated ginger
  • 1 shallot (40 grams) finely chopped
  • 250 grams of minced pork
  • 2-3 tablespoons of sugar (I replaced it with 150 ml. Of mirin & # 8211 Japanese sweet wine, especially for cooking)
  • salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon white pepper (or less, if you do not like too spicy)

For serving:

  • 75 grams of ramen noodles (dried) for each portion (300 grams for 4 large portions)
  • favorite toppings, which I wrote about in detail below

Ramen tops

Without the delicious toppings that accompany it, a ramen is nothing more than a bowl of noodle soup. The garnishes used range from raw or fried vegetables to consistent pieces of meat, marinated eggs, various spices, etc. Remember: before finishing the ramen, the toppings must already be at hand, prepared, cut, etc. In the picture below you can see all the toppings I used, ready to be mounted in bowls.

The most beloved toppings for ramen

These are ajitsuke tamago eggs and chashu pork tenderloin roll, and these require prior marinating, they will have to be done the day before our ramen is served. Other popular toppings:

Basic ramen soup

The basic Asian soup is much simpler than the European one. I found out this from Namiko, the author of the Just One Cookbook blog and a very popular series of books on Japanese cuisine. Usually, the basic soup used by the Japanese in ramen and other preparations includes only many bones, to obtain a soup as concentrated as possible, and as a flavor, green onions, garlic and ginger are used. This means that not every remnant of chicken or beef soup, made with celery, parsley and carrots, can turn into a ramen. At least, not in an authentic one.

My ramen recipe contains the same basic soup, very simple. The only thing I did differently was shorten the cooking time a lot. Usually, the Japanese resort to a long extractive boil, cooking the bones over a very low heat for at least 5 hours. I read variants in which bones are boiled for even 18 hours, so all those "magic" recipes on the internet, which promise ramen in 30 minutes, are a bit far from the truth. This is only possible if you live in Japan and find everything ready in the store, from concentrated soup to toppings.

Thinking that the preparation, including toppings, already takes a long time, I turned to my HEINNER HPCK-38BK pressure multicooker, which compressed the cooking time as he knows best. Instead of at least 5 hours, I cooked an extremely concentrated soup in just 1 hour and 45 minutes. At the end of this time, the bones were so cooked that I could break them with my fingers. I simply have no doubt that the extraction of all substances from the bones was complete.

Due to the fact that during cooking at the Heinner multicooker the liquid does not evaporate, we will obtain a larger amount of basic soup than necessary for 4 servings of ramen. The soup can be stored in the freezer and used for other occasions when you will feel like this delicacy.

Season the soup with ramen and miso

Do you need sugar for ramen soup? Yes, it is needed! First of all, because the most important thing in Japanese cuisine is umami. Don't think of umami with MSG in mind, because that's not what it's about. Umami is a taste that contains all the other & # 8211 sweet, salty, bitter, sour & # 8211 is the perfect balance of a dish. Of course, there are ingredients in ramen that bring a significant relationship to umami. Miso pasta, doubanjiang pasta, soy sauce, etc. But miso paste, in addition to its characteristic depth and complexity, has a slightly bitter taste, which is required to be balanced with something sweet. This is why sugar is used in this complex soup. I replaced the sugar with mirin, which is a sweet rice wine, often used in Japanese cuisine.

Before serving, when seasoning the soup, make sure that:

  • The taste is perfectly balanced between salty, bitter and sweet, none of which is dominant.
  • The taste of the soup must be intense, because the noodles and a large part of the toppings are not seasoned at all! They taste like soup.
  • The soup is very hot (murmurs lightly on the fire) before serving, because the ramen toppings will be cold.

Cold avocado and spinach soup

Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 2 avocado
  • 450 g spinach
  • 250 g yogurt
  • 220 ml milk
  • 1 handful of cherry tomatoes
  • 100 ml vegetable soup
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 handful of basil leaves
  • coarse salt
  • ground pepper to taste

Method of preparation

Place all ingredients in a blender, keeping some of the tomatoes.

Press at high speed until you get a smooth soup.

If you want a more liquid consistency, top with vegetable or milk soup.

Cold cucumber soup

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 1 cucumber + a few slices for decoration
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 2-3 sprigs of green onions
  • 600 ml clear vegetable soup
  • 200 g yogurt
  • 100 ml cream (12% fat)
  • ground pepper
  • salt

Method of preparation

Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into cubes. Rinse the dill under cold running water, then chop them finely. Peel and chop the onion.

Put the cucumbers in a bowl with the onion, herbs and clear soup. Mix. Add the yogurt, cream, salt and freshly ground pepper. Cover the soup and let it cool for two hours.

Serve cold cucumber soup decorated with slices of cucumber and homemade bread.

Cold watermelon soup

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 500 g watermelon
  • 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • hot pepper powder / chili
  • tarragon
  • salt
  • pepper

Method of preparation

Cut the watermelon into cubes and remove the seeds. Put the fruit in the blender together with the garlic, oil, salt. pepper and chili (or hot pepper powder) to taste and mix well.

Refrigerate the soup, covered, or serve immediately with finely chopped tachon.

Suggestion: Heat a tablespoon of butter in a pan and add a handful of peeled shrimp. It doesn't keep them on the fire for long, but just long enough to get a pink and appetizing color. Serve with cold watermelon soup.

Russian cold soup (Okroshka)

Ingredients (4-6 servings)

  • 6 boiled potatoes
  • 10 ridichi
  • 4 cucumbers
  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 200 g smoked meat (breast / leg of chicken or sausages)
  • 1 l cold beaten milk
  • 1 l of very cold water
  • 125 ml cold cream
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • black pepper
  • salt

Method of preparation

Peel and finely chop the potatoes, radishes, cucumbers and eggs. Cut the smoked meat into cubes and add it over the other ingredients.

Mix the very cold liquids, match the taste of salt and pepper and pour them over the finely chopped ingredients.

Flavor with finely chopped dill and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Suggestion: For extra flavor, put half the amount of dill in the blender and mix a few times until it turns into a fine paste, which you incorporate into the cold soup with the other ingredients.

Japanese Ramen Soup

For meat:

  • 200 gr beef
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • ¼ old teaspoon
  • ½ teaspoon sesame oil

For the soup:

  • 1 liter of water or soup
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon powder 5 Chinese flavors

For topping:

  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 packet of Chinese noodles
  • spinach
  • green onions
  • mung bean sprouts

  • 1 kg minced meat (beef and pork)
  • 6-7 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon corn
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 250-300 ml bone (or vegetable) soup

In a bowl put the minced meat, salt, baking soda with a few tablespoons of mineral water, crushed garlic and spices.

Then start kneading by adding bone broth, little by little until the composition looks like this.

I enjoyed this dessert a year ago, on a trip made on the shores of the Mediterranean. 200 g of almonds soaked overnight in 600 ml of water
500 ml of plain water

frozen berries

This soup comes entirely made in a juicer, can be made with ingredients that are available to anyone, and brings extra freshness every winter!
Ingredient: about 2 kilograms of carrots
2 parsnips
1 half piece of celery
3 Granny Smith apples (preferably have a more special flavor)
juice of 1 lemon
sea ​​salt to taste
olive oil
bread croutons
2 finely chopped green onion stalks
finely chopped red pepper
avocado cubes

Clean all the roots and wash well. Wash the apples and cut them into cubes. All these come through a juicer. Put the resulting juice in a large bowl, season, add lemon and add another 150-200 ml of water as desired. Separately clean an avocado that is cut into cubes and sprinkled with lemon. In another bowl, finely chop the onion tails and red pepper.
If you have a baguette or bread of any kind, slice it, sprinkle it with a little olive oil, and brown it in the oven.

Astfel, din pasta ce a rezultat la prepararea laptelui de caju, la care as adauga: 1/2 ceasca făină, 1/3 ceasca amidon de porumb,6 linguri unt nesărat,1/4 cană zahar si un varf de sare. Cu storcătorul prin presare la rece Philips HR1895 Avance Collection pot prepara sucuri delicioase din fructe si legume, smoothie-uri verzi din frunze, pline de sanatate si energie dar si o multime de retete raw-vegan, pe care nu le pot pregati cu storcatorul din dotare.
De ceva vreme, am descoperit inghetata raw-vegan, ca o alternativa sanatoasa la placerea nebuna a fiului meu, de a savura inghetata din comert. Am incercat sa pregatesc îngheţata in mod tradiţional, insa timpul de asteptare mare m-a facut treptat sa renunt. Dupa ce mixam fructele si le dadeam la inghetat, nerabdarea fiului meu nu avea limite. Cu storcatorul prin presare la rece Philips HR 1895, datorita sitei speciale as obtine rapid un desert delicios dar si foarte sanatos. In doar 5 minute, avem o inghetata naturala care pastreaza nutrientii si vitaminele din fructe. Iata reteta mea, pe care am incercat-o deja, cu ajutorul unui blender, fara prea mare succes , din cauza puterii mici a acestuia.

Inghetata de capsune si banane

Ingrediente:2 banane
10 capsune proaspete sau congelate
2 linguri de seminţe de cânepă decorticate
juice from a lemon
o lingurita miere,optional

Bananele se curata de coaja, se taie in bucăţi de 2 cm, se stropesc cu lamaie si se introduc in congelator, in pungi. Dupa aproximativ 2 ore bananele sunt deja congelate.Bananele se dau la storcator, pana se obtine o consistenta cremoasa. Folosind aceasta baza de banane congelate se poate face inghetata din orice fruct, congelat sau in stare proaspata. Eu prefer combinatia cu capsune, pe care le am deja in congelator. Seminţele de cânepă se pun la final. Optional, se adauga o lingurita de miere.
Se toarna inghetata in cupe si se decoreaza cu frunze de menta.Se pot folosi si alte combinatii de fructe si arome.Este extrem de gustoasa si reprezinta o modalitate pentru a-i face pe copii sa consume cu mare placere, fructe pline de energie si vitamine.

si eu imi prepar bilute, din nuci rase pe razatoare sau pisate in mojar, spirulina/chlorella, scortisoara, si pudra de macese. iar pentru a le lega adaug fie miere (e mai rapid) fie fructe uscate (de cele mai multe ori stafide, dar si merisoare, curmale sau smochine) pe care le trec prin presa pentru usturoi :D Si-s aproape gata bilutele.

dar merge cam incet treaba si plec dis-de-dimineata la job si cam asa. deci, tare mult mi-ar placea sa fiu preafericitul castigator ^_^

referitor la reteta in sine, mie imi place cu nuci si uneori cu alune (intr-un fel parca ar fi chiar mai bune decat cu nuca si totusi, nu stiu ce sa zic) :P apoi as putea spune ca prefer spirulina dar si chlorella e minunata. Pudra de macese este mai putin cunoscuta desi prin anumite zone ale tarii este cel mai popular arbust din flora spontana. Apoi prefer fructele uscate in loc de miere, dar e mai lung procesul. As spune ca dulcele din fructe se potriveste mult mai bine in acest context cel putin.

multa lume se plange de gustul spirulinei, cum ca nu-i buna orice-ai face. si totusi, bilutele astea sunt mai mult decat minunate. O combinatie excelenta de arome.

si-n plus m-as putea bucura de lapte vegetal, nu doar bilute. si unturi vegetale, pateuri. mmm.. si tot foarte rapid. Yes. si multe sucuri de frunze. Sunt vegetarian de aproximativ 8 ani si beau sucuri de fructe si legume obtinute la un storcator centrifugal, dar care nu se descurca cu frunzele.

si apropo de Mosu. eu lucrez ca si curier si chiar am livrat acum de sarbatori cateva storcatoare minunate. Si am cautat si eu cu reducerile de Black Friday si de sarbatori, dar peste bugetul meu.

Reteta pe care o fac cel mai des la storcatorul meu cuprinde mere, portocale, grepfruit, kiwi, morcovi, putin ghimbir, pudra de seminte de in si multa sfecla rosie.

Incercat pentrul anul 2016 si este foarte bun. Am si poze.Tort diplomat cu suc de fructe. Se cumpara un blat care se va insiropa cu suc de fructe din portocale,banane si mar. Se pune gelatina in siropul acesta. Dupa ce se umfla gelatina se pune la bain marin pana devine un sirop. Frisca se bate si se pune la rece. Iaurtul de freaca cu zaharul. Gelatina calduta se amesteca cu iaurtul batut peste care se pun caisele taiate marunt. Se pot pune orice fructe. Dupa care se pune frisca si se amensteca usor. Crema se intinde pe blat si se orneza tortul. Se tine la frigider cel putin12 ore. Este un deliciu si se smte gustul de fructe .Am un storcator ieftin care nu stoarce foarte bine dar m-as bucura daca as avea norocul sa castig unul mai bun Sucurile facute le pastrez pentru a doua zi in sticle tupperwarre si sunt ca proasopete. Am observat ca iese mai mult suc daca fructele stoarse sunt reci.

Pentru mie si copiilor mei ne place culoarea rosie, daca ar fi sa casting storcatorul prima si prima data as face un Suc Rosu format din: 2 sfecle rosii,1/2 castravete si 2 mere dulci .Odata pus in pahar as orna cu o jumatate de felie de sfecla , o felie de ghimbir si 2 frunze de menta.

Sucurile naturale sunt preferatele familiei mele.
• 4 rosii mici
• 1 cucumber

• patrunjel verde 3-4 fire

Treci radacinoasele prin storcatorul de fructe si amesteci compozitia in blender impreuna cu rosiile, patrunjelul, ardeiul si castravetele (decojit). Poti sa pui si 2 cuburi de gheata vara si daca ti se pare sucul prea gros mai adauga putina apa pe langa sucul de lamaie.

Limonada: 1 lime,5-6 fire de orz verde,2-3 frunze de menta,1 felie de ghimbir,1 lingura de miere,500-750 ml apa.

eu am probleme cu tenul, si as prepara cu acest storcator „crema” mea, care ma ajuta sa imi tin sub control cat de cat acneea. Si anume: Adaug o lamaie, o portocala, putin bicarbonat de sodiu, si miere. And that's it! M-ar ajuta tare mult, deoarece la mana este tare greu sa storci lamaia si portocala, de tot sucul, si se pierde multa zeama.

Pentru ca imi plac sucurile foarte sanatoase, as prepara un suc de morcovi cu portocale. Avand o meserie destul de stresanta, vitaminele imi sunt foarte necesare.

Pun in storcator cuburi de la un un ananas, boabele de la o rodie si cuburi din miezul unei nuci de cocos proaspata. Daca este nevoie mai adaugam apa in timpul procesului de obtinere a sucului Amestecul se poate bea cu cuburi de gheata. Iar pe perioada verii se poate pune intr-o caserola la congerlator si cand este aproape inghetat, se zgarie cu o fucurlita pentru a obtine cristale excelente pentru o granita.

As dori sa incerc sucuri de mere, morcov sfecla deoarece trebuie sa urmez un tratament pt. stomac.
M-ar bucura f. mult sa castig deoarece fiind foarte „aratos” si performant mi-ar fi folositor pt. „regimul” meu si mi-ar face mai placute clipele cand trebuie sa beau aceste sucuri,- deocamdata le consider medicament, greu de facut si baute fara placere. (Asta cu toate ca mancarea ar trebui sa ne fie si medicament).
La Multi Ani si succes cu acest site, caci retetele sunt minunate.

Nu știu tu, dar eu sunt o mare fană a înghețatelor așadar, pe lângă sucuri și smoothie-uri, mi-aș pregăti ……. (sunet de tobe) înghețatăăăă! Îți prezint mai multe idei delicioase și sănătoase:
1. Un măr roșu, o jumătate de lămâie decojită și câteva cubulețe de sfeclă roșie (bună pentru cei cu lipsă de fier).
2. Două ceșcuțe de apă, o jumătate de ceșcuță de zahăr, o lămâie, 3-4 mere, câteva cubulețe de ananas sau o portocală.
3. Trei banane, o portocală, jumătate de lime decojită, 2-3 lingurițe de miere.

Se pun în storcător și iese un suc grozav pe care, dacă-l pui în forme de înghețată pe băț și le bagi la congelator, te poți delecta cu o altfel de înghețată.

Suc tropical :
amestecand 4 grepfruituri
1 lamaie verde
1 lamaie galbena
Sucul este bogat invitamina C, calciu si magneziul si este excelent pentru a elimina agentii daunatori din organism.

Suc de telina, sfecla rosie si mar :
Telina este cunoscuta pentru efectele sale purgative si te va ajuta sa elimini toxinele din organism. Sucul de telina ajuta si la eliminarea gazelor intestinale si favorizeaza digestia, fiind si un excelent tonic al sistemului digestiv.
Pentru a obtine un suc detoxifiant de calitate si cu un gust placut in acelasi timp amesteca cu ajutorul blenderului 1 sfecla rosie, 3 lujeri de telina si 1 mar.
De asemenea, sucul obtinut din radacina de telina (1 radacina) si morcov (3 morcovi) are un puternic efect depurativ, fiind usor asimilat in organism.

Suc din portocale, grepfruturi, capsuni si banane :
3 portocale
2 grepfruturi
1 ceasca de capsuni proaspete
1 banana
Se obtine sucul de la portocale si de la grepfruturi. Se amesteca bananele si capsunile cu ajutorul unui blender si apoi cu sucul de la portocale si grepfruturi.

Suc de capsuni, pepene galben, mere si iaurt :
Sucul este bogat in acid folic, biotina, vitamina B1 si B2, beta-caroten, calciu, magneziu si vitamina C si este obtinut din capsuni, pepene galben si suc de mere.
Se pune intr-un blender 2 maini pline de capsuni si jumatate de pepene galben taiat cuburi. Se adauga 5 linguri de iaurt cu un continut scazut de grasimi si inca 6 linguri de suc proaspat obtinut din mere.

Suc de mere verzi cu kiwi :
Acest suc surprinde prin culoare şi aromă şi are un aport excelent de vitamina C, fibre, potasiu, magneziul, vitamina E. Este cunoscut faptul că sucul de kiwi conţine enzime care ajută la eliminarea toxinelor din colon, şi are de asemenea proprietăţi în tratarea astmului. Merele, la rândul lor, reglează nivelul insulinei din sânge, reduc colesterolul, protejând sănătatea venelor şi a gingiilor.

Suc de portocale cu ghimbir :
În acest amestec se adaugă o bucată mică de ghimbir, deoarece acesta este extrem de aromat. Acest suc ajută foarte mult în cazurile de gripă cu febră, portocala conţinând vitaminele A, B, C, fosfor, fier, potasiu, magneziu şi calciu. Ghimbirul stimulează digestia, îmbunătăţeşte memoria şi are proprietăţi antibacteriene.

Suc de roşii cu ţelină :
Acest suc este cunoscut pentru reducerea riscului de afecţiuni vasculare, rosiile având de asemenea proprietatea de a reduce presiunea sângelui şi de a proteja sistemul respirator. Ţelina are un conţinut ridicat de vitamine: A, B, C şi minerale precum potasiu, calciu sau magneziu şi întăreşte sistemul imunitar în perioadele de convalescenţă sau epuizare.

Suc din cirese , visine , miere, mandarine :
Pentru un somn odihnitor , va recomand un suc din cireşe, vişine, un vârf de lingură cu miere de salcâm şi două mandarine. Cireşele stimulează producţia de melatonină, hormonul care reglează somnul, mierea te linişteşte, iar mandarinele aduc un aport de vitamina C şi fibre. De asemenea, cireşele au un incredibil potenţial pentru detoxifiere şi reduc inflamaţia.

Sucul de marar :
Sucul de marar poate fi adaugat la alte sucuri pentru proprietatile sale diuretice, antireumatismale, vermifuge, galactogoge (pentru sporirea secretiei de lapte).

Sucul de ardei gras :
Sucul de ardei gras contine o mare cantitate de siliciu necesar unghiilor, parului si glandelor sebacee. Ajuta la curatarea pielii de petele închise la culoare. Este bun în colici intestinale, crampe, meteorism. Sucul este mai eficient daca este combinat cu cel de morcov si spanac, în proportie de 1:2:2. Se bea cu înghitituri mici, cu 30 de minute înainte de mesele principale.

Sucul de catina :
Sucul de catina e plin de vitamine. E util în caz de în hipo si avitaminoza, anemie, arterite, reumatism, arteroscleroza, diaree, infectii oculare, tuberculoza, Parkinson, urticarie, ulcer, hepatita cronica si epidemica, ciroza. Amestecat cu miere si decoct de menta este bun în tratamentul bolilor tubului digestiv, cînd aciditatea e scazuta. Sucul de fragi este remineralizant, antireumatismal. Este folosit si în arteroscleroza, intoxicatii, litiaze urinare. Poseda proprietati bactericide vadite mai ales împotriva bacilului febrei tifoide.

Sucul de aloe calmeaza durerea :
Sucul de aloe în doze mici trezeste pofta de mîncare si îmbunatateste digestia, o doza prea mare are însa actiune purgativa puternica. Sucul proaspat are actiune bactericida. Extern, sub forma de comprese vindeca ranile infectate, arsurile, ulcerele. Alunga durerea, calmeaza durerile de dinti, înlatura inflamatiile gingiilor.

Suc de cartofi pentru diabetici :
Sucul de cartofi contine hidrati de carbon, protide, lipide, saruri minerale, vitamine (B1, B6, C, K). Este hranitor, diuretic, energizant, cicatrizant, antispasmodic, antiulceros. Este indicat în gastrite, ulcere gastrice si duodenale, diabet, litiaza biliara, constipatie.
Se bea cîte 1/2 pahar de 3-4 ori pe zi, timp de o luna, în diabet sau ulcere gastroduodenale. În caz de litiaza biliara, obezitate, constipatie sau hemoroizi, se bea cîte 1/2 pahar de 1-2 ori pe zi.

Sucul de spanac :
Sucul de spanac este regenerator sanguin prin clorofila si fierul pe care le contine, remineralizant. Se întrebuinteaza în cazurile de anemie, convalescenta, oboseli fizice si intelectuale, la copii si la persoanele în vîrsta, în cazuri de scorbut, rahitism si arsuri.
Foarte bune sînt combinatiile: spanac-morcovi, spanac-morcovi-telina, spanac-creson, în cantitati egale. 500 ml pe zi vor vindeca constipatiile cronice.

Suc de patrunjel :
Sucul de patrunjel este extrem de util în mentinerea sanatatii glandei tiroide si a suprarenalelor. Stimuleaza functionarea tractului digestiv, este un bun diuretic folosit în hipertrofia de prostata. Stimuleaza pofta de mîncare, dar ajuta si la normalizarea ciclului menstrual, îmbunatatirea respiratiei si a ritmului cardiac. Este foarte eficient în bolile de ochi, inclusiv ca remediu în cataracta.

Sucul de ridiche neagra :
Sucul de ridiche neagra contine vitaminele B si C. Este digestiv, diuretic, antialergic, sedativ nervos. Este indicat în litiaze biliare, colecistite, insuficienta hepatica, afectiuni pulmonare, bronsite cronice, astm, reumatism, rahitism, alergii, eczeme.
Se foloseste ridichea cu tot cu frunze. Se beau 20-50 de grame pe zi, deoarece este foarte puternic. În litiaza biliara, se beau zilnic cîte 200-400 ml de suc. Se administreaza de obicei în combinatie cu suc de morcovi, în acest fel ajutînd la refacerea mucoaselor din organism.

Sucul de varza trateaza ulcerul :
Sucul de varza este bogat în saruri minerale, oligoelemente, vitamine: A, B1, B2, C, PP. Este diuretic, remineralizant. Se recomanda în gastrite, ulcer gastric si duodenal, bronsite, colecist, eruptii cutanate. Pentru a evita balonarile, este bine sa se înceapa cu suc de morcov sau de spanac timp de 2-3 saptamîni, dupa care se trece la sucul de varza. Se beau 1-2 pahare de suc de varza pe zi.

Si va mai pot da o multime de retete de sucuri si freshuri , foarte bune pentru sanatate .

As prefera sa prepar,cu ajutorul storcatorului, multe sucuri verzi,(am inteles ca sunt energizante si dintre cele mai sanatoase ), pe care le-as consuma ,atat eu , cat si mama mea, in varsta de 70 de ani ,de care am grija!o reteta de suc verde:2-3 mere verzi,o legatura de patrunjel si cam 200 g broccoli si gata minunea de suc.

Supa de rosii cu galuste-reteta soacrei mele
Se fierb intr-un litru de apa 2 morcovi (200 gr)-telina (100gr)-o ceapa mica-(100gr)- cam 15 minute.In timpul acesta se fac galustele dintr-un ou,1 lingurita de ulei si gris pana arata ca o smantana moale si se lasa pana se intareste. Se adauga galustele in supa care fierbe si se lasa la fiert la foc incet pana incep sa se umfle putin. Se adauga 1 litru de suc de rosii proaspat stors si un pic de cimbru si se da doar un clocot.
Supa este buna si rece, mai ales vara. Este supa preferata a baiatul meu pentru vara.

Foarte util acest storcator.Cu siguranta unul din electrocasnicele de real folos intr-o bucatarie. Baietii mei nu sunt ,,fani” legume dar uneori reusesc sa le ,,deghizez” in sucurile de fructe.Retela mea preferata este un amestec de mere, morcov si zmeura.

De mult visez la un astfel de storcator, insa cred ca am uitat si eu sa-i scriu Mosului. In primul rand imi doresc un astfel de aparat pentru ca ma tenteaza sa tin o cura de sucuri – stiu ca ar fi foarte eficienta pentru sanatate.

In general consum smoothie-uri de fructe si legume, insa acest storcator m-ar ajuta sa-mi prepar sucurile verzi mult visate.

De exemplu as incerca un suc de mar cu frunze de kale si rucola (locuiesc in mediul rural si am in aceasta perioada in gradina din abundenta – se pare ca rezista destul de bine la temperaturile mai scazute. ) La primavara cu siguranta as incerca sucul de capsuni cu lamaie, urzica si kaki (iubesc foarte mult aroma intensa a acestor fructe). Plus ca as cosuma destul de des lapte de nuci cu scortisoara, turmeric si miere de albine de coriandru (anul acesta am adunat vreo 2 saci de nuci).

Sper sa citeasca si Mos Craciun aceasta scrisoare! El stie ca am fost destul de cuminte si ca imi pasa destul de mult de sanatatea mea si a intregii familii!

Pentru că sucurile de verdeţuri sunt foarte uşor de digerat, sanatoase si imi dau multa energie, va prezint una din retetele mele , si anume suc verde presat la rece din urzici: un castronel de urzici si 1/4 lamaie.
Foarte important de menţionat este că ideal ar fi să folosim urzici crescute în grădina proprie si foarte bine spalate…

Cu ajutorul storcatorului prin presare la rece -Philips HR1895 Avance Collection- voi putea renunța, în sfârșit, la laptele de vacă despre care se spune că are diverse toxine.
