A super tasty and filling soup! At Multicooker, it's much easier to prepare!

  • beef brine 2 pieces approx. 300 g,
  • carrots 2 pieces,
  • parsley root 1 piece,
  • parsnips 1/2 piece,
  • white collar 1/2 piece,
  • yellow onion 1 piece,
  • green pepper 1 piece,
  • red potatoes 3 medium pieces,
  • celery 3 sticks,
  • larch 3-4 threads,
  • bay leaf 2 pieces,
  • dried thyme 2 g,
  • paprika 1/2 teaspoon,
  • iodized salt,
  • freshly ground pepper,
  • peeled tomatoes in tomato sauce from Băneasa 1 box,
  • homemade noodles 100 g.,
  • water approx. 2000 ml,
  • borsch 500 ml.

Preparation time: less than 120 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Borscht with root and beef broth:

Cut the meat into cubes, place them inside the bowl. Connect the Multicooker device to the power source, press the MENU button, select FRY, set the time via the COOKING TIME button to 10 minutes, close the lid, then press the START button and “Laurențiu-Ionel” starts its activity. After the program is over, add the finely chopped and chopped vegetables, greens, spices, less potatoes and tomatoes, fill with water, season with salt and pepper. Select the STEW program for 60 minutes. then close the lid and turn on the START button. After the program is completed, add the potatoes, peeled tomatoes, select the BOIL program for 10 minutes. After the BOIL program is completed, lift the lid, add the noodles and borscht, then set the time, COOKING TIME for 10 minutes, close the lid and press the START button. After the program has finished, the Multicooker automatically switches to KEEP WARM mode, as long as you want. After completion, always disconnect the appliance from the power source. Increase and good appetite
