Cover the fish with salt and pepper.

Fold the aluminum foil so that the fish is completely covered.

Do the same with the remaining ingredients.

Cook at 190 degrees for 20 minutes.

I also cooked Cod en papillote with zucchini and carrot.

Ingredient:
2 frozen Ocean Fish trout,
150g bacon,
1 carrot,
2 lamai,
sage branches,
Kotanyi grated lemon pepper,
1/2 lgta spices for. plague, New Cuisine, Kotanyi
salt.

A bag with trout frozen from Ocean Fish contains four pieces.

Now I have cooked two, I leave the other two for another recipe -)

And it's good that they're ready to gut, so I only bothered to clean the scales.

I wiped them, salted them and ground pepper with lemon from the Kotanyi grinder. Inside I sprinkled spices for fish, Nouvelle Cuisine range from Kotanyi.

Also inside I put three slices of lemon and a sage leaf, washed and wiped.
I also put on top, on the skin, a slice of lemon and a sage leaf.

Then I wrapped them in five slices of bacon each.

In the back, I caught the slices of bacon with two toothpicks, so that they do not open during baking.
The carrot is washed, cleaned and cut into slices.

I placed each trout on a baking sheet, on a bed of thin slices of carrot, and on top I put pieces of butter.

I closed the paper tightly and put the tray in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees C.

After this time, I unwrapped the papers and let the bacon become a little crispier for another 10 minutes.

Any food cooked in baking paper, in papillote, is served exactly like this:

Don't get off the paper !! Of course you can put the fish paper on a plate -)

This trout was bad!

Very buuun. And the meat came off the bones very easily, only on paper it bakes like steam -)

Not only because we are in the Lent of the Holy Sea we have prepared these Mushrooms stuffed with "tagliatelle" from vegetables, but also because some want to eat healthy. Or I diet, but I don't admit: P

Another fasting recipe, also with mushrooms, is this one: Mushrooms stuffed with dried bean salad.

Ingredient:
6 sea mushroom mushrooms,
1 onion,
2 carrots,
2 pumpkins,
1 red bell pepper,
1 yellow bell pepper,
2 tablespoons sesame,
2 tablespoons soy sauce,
5 senses spices, Extravagant, Kotanyi,
salt and pepper from the Kotanyi mills.

The mushrooms are washed, cleaned and cut off. Place on a hot grill, greased with a little oil and rubbed with a clove of garlic. It will have a wonderful aroma !!

The legs of the mushrooms are cut into sticks.
Put the finely chopped onion in the wok with heated oil and when it becomes glassy, ​​put the mushroom sticks.

All the vegetables are washed, cleaned and with the vegetable cleaner, scrape the strips - carrots and zucchini - and sticks, peppers. They are placed over the sticks of hardened mushrooms. Add more water if necessary.

When the vegetables were slightly softened, I poured the soy sauce, then seasoned them with salt and freshly ground pepper from the Kotanyi grinders, and added a teaspoon of 5 senses spices from Kotanyi that contains: sea salt, passion fruit , pepper, turmeric, fenugreek, lemongrass, tarragon.

Do not let the vegetables soften too much, let them be a little crispy.

I pulled the sesame in a fat-free pan so that it took on a little color and released its aroma, then I let it cool.

At the end, I put the sesame over the vegetables.

Then I filled the mushroom caps with the sesame vegetables.

I placed three cold mushrooms stuffed on a bed of arugula leaves. Sprinkle the leaves with a little extra virgin olive oil.
If you want them hot, I mean mushrooms, don't put them over the greens, because they will burn / soften / scabalci.

Potato omelette appetizers with zucchini / squash and mushrooms. It's an omelette in the oven, an omelette, only 10 minutes in the oven is ok, I really didn't die: P
The recipe is from the book Recipes for friends, from the Lidl network, with the necessary changes: P

Ingredient:
300g potatoes,
1 red onion,
6 eggs,
100g SunFood mushroom mushrooms,
1 zucchini / zucchini,
salt and mosaic pepper from the Kotanyi mills,
1 tablespoon vegetable spices Nouvelle Cousine, Kotanyi
Cherry tomatoes,
sliced ​​baguette.

The potatoes are washed, cleaned and cut into thin slices.
Peel the onion and cut it into slices.
Boiled mushrooms are clarified and squeezed I used half of the SunFood jar.

Zucchini are washed, wiped and cut into slices, and each slice is cut crosswise, resulting in 4 triangles.
Break the 6 eggs and beat them well, like for an omelet. Season with freshly ground mosaic pepper from the Kotanyi grinder and a tablespoon of Nouvelle Cousine vegetable spices, Kotanyi.

Heat sunflower oil in a pan and brown the potato slices,

one serving at a time, then remove on paper towels to drain the oil and season. Cover, so as not to dry and harden.

In another pan put two, three tablespoons of sunflower oil and cook the red onion until it turns purple-if you have white, heat it until golden and add the mushrooms.

After leaving the water, add the zucchini slices, then mix. Do not leave on the fire for more than 3 minutes, otherwise the zucchini will be too soft.

After 3 minutes, the zucchini slices should remain firm.

Put baking paper in a round baking tray, place the potato slices,

turn the onion over with the mushrooms and zucchini

and pour the 6 beaten eggs. Bake for 10-15 minutes until nicely browned. Check after 10 minutes with a toothpick if the omelet is done and if it is not, leave it for another 5 minutes.
Remove, leave to cool and cut into squares.

Cut the baguette slices in half, rub them with a clove of garlic, if you want, or nothing, they can be kept simple and fix two squares of omelette with a skewer for appetizers. Decorate with halves of cherry tomatoes or cucumber slices.

It can be served both hot and cold. They are good to have for a picnic, but also to serve at a party :-)
