Bake sausages with baked potatoes and onion sauce
I took advantage of the fact that I got my hands on some good, homemade sausages, smoked well. I remembered a recipe for Jamie Oliver's onion sauce, which I had never made before. Good years, I think. In my mind all these elements intertwined very harmoniously, so I proceeded as follows :)

- 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

- 250 ml of chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon ground rosemary
- 1 teaspoon hot paprika
