Apple pie


The apples are washed and passed through a large grater, then they are fried in butter with 3 tablespoons of sugar and cinnamon.

Beat the eggs with the rest of the sugar, add a pinch of salt and the oil until well blended. Add the warm milk, baking powder, vanilla sugar and flour so that after the homogenization the dough has the consistency of a thicker cream.

Grease a pan with oil, cover with flour and pour 3 quarters of the composition, apples in an even layer and the rest of the dough.

Place the pan in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees.

Serve with powdered sugar on top.
