Sift the flour into a bowl. Make a hole in the middle and put the egg, salt, yeast soaked with a little sugar and mix. Knead the mixture until well blended. Then we put the oil and it doesn't stick to the hand anymore. Cover with a towel and leave to rise for 30 minutes. It is leavened when it doubles in volume.
We cut the salami, the mushrooms, the peppers, the olives and the onion into thin slices.
We roll out the dough, giving it the shape of a tray. We place it in the tray in which we put baking paper and prick it with a fork. Grease the top with sauce then place the salami, mushrooms, peppers, olives and onions.
Bake in a preheated oven over medium heat for 25-30 minutes. 5 minutes before it is ready, grate the cheese on top.
