In a frying pan with oil on the fire put onion and parsley to which we add salt, paprika and pepper and cook for 2 minutes.

We fill the peppers with meat. I put about three tablespoons depending on whether the peppers are big or small.

spread the dough with a rolling pin one centimeter thick and cut the edges with a pizza roll knife, or you can use a normal knife, then cut the dough into strips.

take each pepper and wrap it well with the strips we cut and put them in a tray lined with baking paper.

grease each pepper with egg yolk and after we finish sprinkle some sesame seeds over them.

put the tray in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.

You can serve peppers as an appetizer or as a main course with a salad or rice.
