Panacris special salad
Boil the potatoes in their skins, then put them in cold water, peel them and cut them into larger cubes. The carrots are boiled separately (I have / are left from the ciulama: D), then sliced. Quail eggs are boiled in water with a little salt, approx. 8 minutes, then soak in cold water and peel and cut into rounds. Pickled cucumbers (crushed as they say in Transylvania, ie pickled only with salt and a slice of bread!) Cut into thin slices. The herring fillet is crushed, possibly if it has bones, it is put aside. In a large bowl, gently mix all the ingredients, adding the yogurt, continuing to mix gently until incorporated. Serve cold or plain with bread.
