How to make a flower cheese recipe?

The leavened dough

Sift the flour, add the dry yeast, sugar, eggs, flavors, salt and milk and knead, adding the oil little by little. See here the secrets of leavened dough .

If you use fresh yeast, rub it in a cup with 1 tablespoon of sugar and a little warm milk, then add 1 tablespoon of flour, so that it is like a thick cream. Set aside to swell for 10 minutes, then add over the flour. Add to the dough what flavors you like: lemon, orange, vanilla, rum & hellip

Cover the bowl and let it rise, warm, until it doubles in volume. What a beautiful dough came out for me, if it is well kneaded, it is smooth, it does not stick to the hand and it is full of air bubbles. A beauty of dough! & # 128578

Let's cook homemade cheese

For the dough I made the mayonnaise before, from yeast and warm milk. I mixed the yeast until it dissolved and let the mixture stand for 15 minutes.

In a large bowl, I put flour, eggs, sugar and poured mayonnaise over them.

The consistency of the dough should be relatively strong. Not very hard, but not soft.

I sprinkled flour on top of the dough and left it to rise for 1.5 hours, in a warm place, with a towel on top.

Filling it is simple to make and consists of mixing all the ingredients, without a certain order.

After the dough has risen, I put it on the counter, spread it relatively thick and cut it into squares.

Then I stretched each square once more, thinner and added the filling in the middle. Fold it like an envelope and put it in the tray.

For baking I always use baking sheets.

After I placed the cheeses in the tray, with a little space between them, because during baking they still grow, I greased them with beaten egg for a more beautiful color.

After 40 minutes in the oven, we were able to serve the children a healthier snack than the commercial alternatives: branzoaica of house ( after they cooled down, obviously)

Cheese & # 8222other & # 8221

Cheeses made from salted cottage cheese have been eaten since I was little and I still love them. I call them cheesy & # 8222other & # 8221 because they are salty and not the usual ones that are with sugar.

A different kind of cheese I kept trying until my girlfriend served me with this delicacy, which is 100% healthy plus can be very helpful while trying to be caloric deficient.

Mix all the ingredients evenly in a bowl. Use only half of the flour for the composition, and the other half you will use to roll the balls, as in the picture:

Place the balls in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180C. If you love them more ripe, you can leave them for another 5-10 minutes.

From the quantities described above, I obtained 36 balls and the value of one was:

47 kcal 2.5 gr. carbs 8.25 gr protein 0.5 gr. LIPID

These cheeses can be served both for dinner with a light salad or as a snack during the day. I think that macronutrient values are perfect for a product that can be so tasty.

Cheese

Hi! Today I had a craving for good cheeses! So I got to work! They are easy to make and very very good!

The first thing we do is prepare a yeast mayonnaise, which we mix until smooth with 2 tablespoons of sugar, a tablespoon of flour and a little lukewarm milk. We leave the mayo aside, and until it grows we will sift the flour in a large bowl.

Ingredient:

  • For the dough
  • 1 kg of white flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 300 ml of lukewarm milk
  • 200 ml oil
  • a little salt
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 25 gr wet yeast or 1 dry sachet
  • For the filling
  • 700 gr of cottage cheese
  • a whole egg and an egg white
  • raisins (optional)
  • 200-300 gr sugar
  • 200 gr yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons semolina

Latest recipes:

In another bowl, mix the 4 eggs together with the oil and salt until smooth. We pour this composition over the flour and start kneading. Gradually add the warm milk and mayonnaise, which must have changed in volume!

Knead the dough until it comes off our hands, and then leaven it for about 40 minutes, or until it doubles in volume.

Preparation of the filling. If we want to put raisins, it would be good for them to stay hydrated while the dough is leavening. They will be juicier in cheeses like this. Mix the cottage cheese with the sugar and the egg and egg whites until smooth. Add the yogurt and semolina and mix again. At the end, drain the raisins and put them over the cheese.

We take the leavening dough and with the help of a spoon we take the dough and spread it on the work table in a square shape, not very thin. We put a spoonful of the cheese composition in the middle and then we gather the ends in the middle two by two. Put a baking sheet on a tray and place the cheese. We make the others and when the tray is full we start the oven at 180gr. As long as the oven heats up, the cheeses will rise in the pan, which is a good thing.

Before putting them in the oven, they will be greased on top with egg yolk (that's why I only put egg whites in the cheese) which is mixed with a spoonful of milk. This process prevents drying during baking.

Bake for about 35-40 minutes at 180 gr (check after 35 minutes not to burn). When you take them out, sprinkle them with a little cold water, and then cover them with a towel to keep them fluffy.

Cheese & # 8211 Lap lap & # 8211 Pieces of cheese and raisins

No matter what you call them Cheese & # 8211 Lap in the waist & # 8211 Pieces of cheese and raisins are the same and just as good.
Fluffy, soft, fragrant and with plenty of cheese, that's how I could describe my cheesecakes! I received the recipe from a neighbor, who I admit was making the best lap in my belt! And I can say that although I've been doing it for more than 20 years, as if it's still their best, I don't know why I don't put anything extra in it, I even sometimes share a lemon for both the dough and the filling.

It seems that originally, the recipe is Moldovan, but we also find it in Transylvania and Banat alike.

I've always liked sweets, especially those with chocolate, but also those with cheese, be it cream, sweet cheese or urda.

Today I had some very nice guests, who had already "ordered" what they wanted to eat, but also sweet, as traditional as possible, like at my grandmother's house. I kept thinking about what to make them and I remembered a crusty blanket, a traditional recipe from Banat, simple and quick to make would work great and as a dessert some cheeses with fresh cow's cheese, slightly vanilla with raisins.

I did well, because at the moment I have a bridge full of thanks and I am proud of the choice I made.

For other special cakes and pies, also recipes explained step by step can be found here in the dessert section or click on the photo.

Put the flour in a large bowl and make a hole in the middle, add the yeast composition that has already been activated, the yolks, lemon peel and mix with a wooden spoon until it becomes inefficient.

Add the butter to the dough and knead until you get a fine, elastic and quite light dough.

Put the dough in a bowl greased with a little oil and cover it with a foil of freshness, keep it warm until it doubles in volume.

Preparation for raisin cheese:

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix for homogenization.

Now that the dough is leavened, we spread it on a work surface sprinkled with flour in a square of about 30/30 cm.

Cut the dough into 16 or 25 equal squares (if you want to make them smaller) that you fill with the cheese composition.

Fold the dough over the cheese composition bringing each corner to the center of the square.

Put in trays lined with baking paper at a distance of at least 3-4 cm between them. Let them rise for the last time for another 10-15 minutes.

Grease with a yolk rubbed with 2 tablespoons of milk and bake for 18-20 minutes or until nicely browned.
