Fried bananas

It's the first time I do, I'm super good!

  • 5-6 ripe bananas but not soft
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • a few tablespoons of wheat flour
  • a few tablespoons of breadcrumbs
  • oil
  • a cinnamon powder

Servings: 2

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes


Cut the peeled bananas in half. With the help of a fork we make some wrinkles along the entire length of the banana.

We take each piece and put it in flour, pressing well to cover well with flour but not in excess, then we pass it through the egg whites lightly beaten with sugar and cinnamon, then through breadcrumbs.

Fry in enough oil until golden brown.
