Muffins with cherries
for 18 muffins:
Put the eggs in a bowl and beat with the sugar until white.
Add the yogurt and margarine (which was previously kept at room temperature).
You can use any kind of yogurt.
Add flour mixed with baking powder and mix.
The result is a dough thicker than that of pancakes but fluffy.
Prepare a tray for muffins, put special papers or grease the tray with oil.
Put the dough in molds with a spoon. Fill about 3/4 of each form.
Put the cherries on top and put them in the hot oven for about 25 minutes.
They can be served simple or mottled with whipped cream and decorated with candy.
