In a bowl put the diced butter together with the other ingredients. Knead with your fingertips until you get a homogeneous dough.

We wrap the dough in a food foil or in a bag and put it in the fridge for half an hour.

Meanwhile, prepare the cream cheese by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl until smooth.

Then we take the dough out of the fridge and divide it into two parts. A large one, comprising three quarters and the remaining one, obviously, a quarter.

In a 23 & # 21530 cm tray we put a layer of dough (the largest part) given on the grater with large meshes. I did not grease the tray with anything because it is non-stick and the dough is greasy.

Over the layer of dough I put a spoonful of cream cheese as evenly as I could, then I placed the cherries in place.

On top I grated the small part of the dough.

I baked the cake for 40 minutes at 180 ° C, it is ready when the edges start to come off the tray.

Directly from the tree, purchased from the market or various icings, the cherries bring not only an extra color, but also a sweet-bitter taste and an unmistakable aroma. So go to the market, grab a bucket of cherries and start cooking! 1. Pork chop icircnecat & icircn cherry sauce & # 8211 can be served as main course, it is easy to cook and quick to prepare. It takes 15 minutes to prepare, and the fire will take half an hour on the fire.

Ingredient: 4 slices of pork chop, about 400 grams of cherries, 500 ml of sweet-scented red wine, half a cup of vinegar, 1 tablespoon mustard seeds, 1 bay leaf, 1 tablespoon sugar, salt, 10 peppercorns, 1 tablespoon starch.

Filling: 800 g cherries, without seeds, 4 tablespoons of starch, 100 g of sugar, or to taste, 1 half teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 half ampoule of almond essence, 1 tablespoon of butter cut into pieces.

Method of preparation:
Mix the flour, salt, sugar, then add the chopped butter, lard and cold water. It doesn't stir much, just as the ingredients come together. Leave to cool for at least 30 minutes. Meanwhile, remove the cherries and then mix with starch, sugar, salt, lemon juice, almond essence.

Divide the dough into 2 equal parts, put the first sheet in the tray and put it in the fridge for 10 minutes, then add the cherries and a few pieces of butter, cover with the second sheet and let it cool again. I made some holes so that the pie could breathe, I gathered the edges well and pressed them with the fork. I greased with beaten egg and sprinkled with caster sugar. If you have colored sugar, the pie will be more & # 8220dishes & # 8221. Bake on medium heat for 20-25 minutes. Allow the tray to cool.

Knead the dough well and leave it to rise in a warm place, without cold air currents. After the dough has doubled in volume, we place it on the work table and spread it on a sheet that we will grease with the rest of the melted butter. Then roll the sheet, put it in cling film and put it in the fridge to prepare the filling.

We wash the cherries, break their stalks and remove the stalks. Put a bowl with a cup of water and a cup of sugar on the fire and let it boil until a thicker syrup is made. Add the cherries and let it boil for another two or three minutes. Let the cherries cool in the syrup, then drain them well and mix them with the semolina. It will absorb excess juice.

Remove the dough from the fridge and knead well. We can then spread a larger sheet or two smaller ones that we fill with cherries and roll them. We can grease them with egg and sprinkle with vanilla caster sugar. Put the rolls in an oiled pan lined with flour, then put them in the oven for 30-35 minutes. You can serve hot or cold strudel, powdered with powdered sugar.

4. Cherry cake & # 8211 is perfect for breakfast, it will be easy to prepare and will not take long, about 30-40 minutes & icircn total.

Ingredient: C & acircte a cup of 250 ml of: oil, sugar, white flour, 7 eggs, 1 large or 2 small baking powders, 1 lemon & acircie, 3 vanilla sugar, 1 salt powder, cherries 700 g, 100 g sugar.

Prepare the tray by placing the baking paper, pour the dough, then place the cherries. Bake the cake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-30 minutes, test with a toothpick and when it is cooked, take it out to cool, then powder it with powdered sugar.

5. Cherry salad & # 8211 Easy, healthy and tasty! Perfect for diets because it is very low in calories and does not bloat.

Hello dear lusts. Today I prepared a French dessert CLAFOUTIS WITH CHERRIES. It's easy to make and you don't need sophisticated ingredients. The classic clafoutis is made with stone cherries, but you can put any other type of fruit or blackberry you want.   • 130 gr. - White flour
  • 250 ml. - milk
  • 100 gr. - sugar
  • 60 gr. - melted butter and a little more to grease
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon - vanilla essence

  5. Then add the flour, a pinch of salt, incorporate them well, until you have lumps.
