Pilaf with mushrooms and chicken in soup
A very tasty and consistent food.
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- 400 g canned sliced mushrooms
- 1 liter of chicken soup
- 100 g chicken in soup
- 250 g round grain rice
- herbs from Provence
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Pilaf with mushrooms and chicken soup:
Put a little oil in a saucepan.
Add onions and carrots. After the onion has become translucent, add the mushrooms.
When the vegetables soften a little, add the soup and chicken.
When the soup starts to boil, add the rice previously left in the water.
Add salt, pepper, spices.
Boil on low heat for about 20 minutes.
Serve with pickles or hot peppers.
