I put all the ingredients in the bowl of the KitchenAid mixer and mixed for about 3-4 minutes, until I had a fairly thick, homogeneous, non-sticky dough. I let the dough rise for 30 minutes, then I spread it on the plate lined with flour and I placed it in a 20x30cm tray, lined with baking paper.
