RECIPE PREPARATION Tsatsiki salad:

Wash the cucumbers, peel them and cut them into small cubes (as small as you can). Or it can be grated. Put the cucumber pieces in a strainer and press them lightly with a spoon to remove some of the water. Peeled garlic cloves are ground and mixed with cucumbers. Add the yogurt, finely chopped dill. Season with salt and pepper and leave to cool. Serve with toast as an appetizer.


  • 5 medium potatoes
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 small celery root
  • 250 g peas
  • 150 g cucumber in vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 350 g classic mayonnaise (recipe here & gtclick)
  • 2 boiled eggs and a few slices of cucumber in vinegar for decoration

First I boiled the peas. I used frozen peas which I put directly in the boiling water and, after it boiled, I left it for 5 minutes. Then I put it in a strainer to drain and cool.

We clean and boil the potatoes, carrots and celery root until the fork enters them easily, no more. We leave them to cool and chop them into cubes.

I put the salad in a form with a detachable ring 22 cm in diameter and left it to cool for a few hours.

Add salt, pepper, mayonnaise (stop a few tablespoons for decoration) and mix well to blend.

Then I decorated the salad with the rest of the mayonnaise, sliced ​​boiled eggs, cucumber in vinegar and a few sprigs of parsley. Enjoy!

The boiled potatoes are cut into cubes, after they have cooled. Over them add chopped onions, pickled olives, cucumbers and donuts, cut into small cubes and grated carrots on a grater. Mix all the ingredients and add salt and pepper to taste.

Recipe: Beef salad

Boil 2 l of water. When the water boils, add the whole beef broth. Gather the foam as many times as needed and let it simmer.

Meanwhile, clean and wash the vegetables. Celery and parsnips are cut into quarters, potatoes and carrots are kept whole. After 50 minutes from the first boil, add the vegetables. Let it boil for 15-20 minutes, without letting it soften.

If the vegetables have boiled and the meat has not yet, the vegetables, except the peas, are removed on the plate, and the meat, together with the peas, is left to boil.

When the meat and peas are well cooked, strain them and allow them to cool slightly. Chop all the small cubes and place in a bowl.

Add the pickles in the vinegar, chopped into small cubes, over the meat and vegetable mixture.

Prepare the mayonnaise and add it over the ingredients in the bowl. Garnish with mayonnaise and then green parsley, boiled egg white, donuts, cucumbers or olives.

Method of preparation

If you want a pepper salad with cheese dressing then put only 200 g of cream cheese. If I want something creamier, I go with 400 g of cream cheese.
