If it drops too much, add the spinach juice to boil (it is full of vitamins), leave it on the fire for a few minutes and ... ready !!! serve with scrambled eggs!

30 g butter,
170 g spinach,

The oven is preheated to 160 ° C.

Wash the spinach, cut it into thin strips, put it in butter for 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper.

Grease with butter two ceramic pots for the oven, add the hardened spinach in each bowl. Break two eggs (as for scrambled eggs) in each bowl, add sour cream and grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, until the egg whites harden and the yolks remain soft.

Serve immediately. You can place everything on a slice of wholemeal bread, a little toasted.


Method of preparation

Put the Unisol oil in a non-stick pan and fry the finely chopped onion and garlic. Add the spinach, half a cup of water and bring to a boil. When the spinach is cooked, add the cream and egg yolks and season with salt and pepper. Place the composition in a tart pan and put it in the oven for a few minutes, 180 degrees, about 10-15 minutes.
Remove the dish from the oven when the spinach catches a little crust, and serve with scrambled eggs and toast. Good appetite!

Fresh spinach with mesh & # 8211 recipe

The spinach season has already begun. I was glad to see my husband coming home with a big bag of freshly picked spinach, bought from the market. It doesn't even compare to the frozen taste. It's much better, even if it's more work with him.

  • about 800 g of spinach (after breaking the stalks, about 300 g go)
  • a small white onion
  • 500 ml of milk
  • sunflower oil
  • 3, 4 cloves of garlic
  • a tablespoon of flour
  • salt

First break the stalks of the spinach leaves (this takes some time), then wash them thoroughly, as there may be dirt on them. Then put a large pot of boiling water, and when it boils, put all the spinach there. Don't be surprised if it drops a lot. Leave it for a few minutes, then drain it and finely chop it.

Cut the onion into small scales and put it to harden. Then put the chopped spinach, and stir continuously for about 2 minutes. Then add the milk and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, for about 15 minutes.

Then sprinkle the flour, little by little, stirring constantly. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes, stirring in it, then add the crushed garlic, season with salt and, if desired, pepper and it's ready.

Fry the mesh, as you like, soft or hard, and place on a plate next to spinach. I really like the combination one by one.

  • 1 kg of spinach
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 700 ml of milk
  • 1 cube concentrated vegetables, chicken or beef
  • 5-6 cloves of garlic
  • 1-2 teaspoons sugar
  • 6 tablespoons oil
  • 20 ml oil for frying eggs
  • salt pepper

Spinach is washed very well in several waters and boiled in a liter of water with a little salt. Let it boil for about 10 minutes, on low heat, strain and chop finely.

In a saucepan, boil the milk with the concentrate and sugar. In another pan put the oil, flour, mix well with the whisk and put on the fire. After 15 seconds, pour the boiling milk, stirring constantly.

If it thickens too much from the beginning, add a little cold milk or water and let it boil for about 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Then add the chopped spinach, butter, finely chopped garlic and season with salt and pepper. Fry the eggs in pairs, two at a time, with a little salt and always sprinkling them on top with the oil from the pan.

Place the spinach on the plates with 2 eggs on top. You can break the yolk a little to drain the spinach.

Spring came! At least theoretically. Basically, we started to find fresh seasonal products in the market: spinach, stevia, loboda, lettuce, green onions, garlic & # 8230 Good for everything! So I got my hands on a big spinach bundle and went on to make a dukan recipe with it! See in the pictures what came out!

We start by cleaning and washing the spinach very well. In a pot we put about three quarters of the water heated on the stove. When the water boils, put the spinach in it and let it boil for about 20 minutes. When it has boiled, take it out in a strainer and let it drain. Then put it on a shredder and chop it finely.

Mix the milk with the cornstarch and pour it into the pan. Put the spinach on top of the milk and season with salt and pepper. Turn on medium heat and stir until the milk thickens. At that moment the spinach is ready!

Until it cools down a little, take the 2 eggs and fry them (without oil) in a pan with a lid (I used the dry cooker). Put the spinach on the plate, the eggs on top and & # 8230

Preparing spinach

1. Put on the fire a large pot with 4-5 liters of water and bring to a boil. Separately, prepare a large bowl with very cold water, preferably with ice cubes. When the water boils, add the spinach at once and press into the water with a whisk. We will cook the spinach only until it softens and loses its volume, ie 1-1: 30 minutes. We will then drain it from the hot water or we will lift it from the pot of boiling water with the foamer and we will immerse it directly in the bowl with ice-cold water. This thermal shock (bleaching) will guarantee the preservation of the intense green color of the spinach, even if it will still be cooked. After all the spinach reaches the bowl with cold water, drain the liquid well through a strainer, pressing it lightly.

2. Finely chop the spinach with water with a knife. If you prefer, you can put it in a blender, obtaining a homogeneous paste intensely colored in green. I prefer the version with chopped spinach, which will give a little texture to the dish and which seems to have more naturalness.

3. Heat a saucepan of suitable size (about 2 liters) over medium heat. Add oil and butter. The role of the oil is only to raise the smoking temperature of the butter, which would otherwise burn easily. When the butter melts, add the flour and mix quickly until it is impregnated with fat. Gradually pour the warm milk. Stir vigorously after each new slice of liquid. In total, the basic bechamel sauce should boil for about 10 minutes on medium-low heat. It is good, therefore, to be more liquid from the beginning. If it thickens too much, add warm milk until it reaches a consistency similar to liquid cream.

4. Crush the garlic, to which 2 tablespoons of cold water are added, obtaining a concentrated mujdei.

5. After the base sauce is sufficiently cooked, add the chopped spinach (or frozen spinach, if using it). Mix well and bring back to the boil. If the spinach dish is too thick, thin it with hot milk. It boils for a few more minutes. Spinach should simmer for a maximum of 3 minutes. We're not trying to destroy it, it's just to cook it properly. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the mujdei prepared in point 4 and finally, a little grated nutmeg, only if you like its aroma. The spinach dish is ready, it fits with any kind of egg dishes, etc.

Spinach is a plant with therapeutic effect, it is considered a medicine that cleanses the body, detoxifies it, it also treats and prevents anemia. It can be used raw in salads, boiled in soups or low as I predict in the recipe below.

Low spinach ingredient:

  • 400 g frozen spinach (previously boiled and finely chopped)
  • 3 pieces of garlic
  • 1 l milk
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • salt, pepper and delicate
  • 70 ml oil

Method of preparation:

After the spinach has thawed, squeeze it a little with water and fry it together with the oil and crushed garlic.
Season with salt, pepper and very little delicacy, then leave for a while until you smell the garlic and extinguish it with a whisk.
The thickening consists of 2 tablespoons of flour, gradually homogenized with a little water, until it becomes a fine paste, then add the milk and the 2 tablespoons of sour cream.
