This garlic sauce recipe is typical garlic mayonnaise, known for its spicy taste. This dish can be served as an appetizer, but also with fish, meat and vegetables.
After you have prepared and packaged it properly, you can keep the garlic sauce in the fridge for a few days. The quantities below are for 12 servings.
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 or (25 g)
- Pepper (to taste)
- 6 cloves of garlic (100 g)
- 1 cup oil (150 ml)
- ½ squeezed lemon (50 ml)
- ¼ teaspoon of mustard (3 g)
- ¼ teaspoon ground hot pepper (3 g)
Method of preparation
- Peel and grind the garlic.
- Add the lemon juice and mix using the whisk.
- While stirring, add the egg and spices (mustard, salt, pepper).
- Continue to mix and add the oil to get the mayonnaise texture.
- Pour the sauce into a saucepan and serve with biscuits, fresh or toast, celery, carrots, etc.
Baked potato flower
Preheat the oven to high temperature. Wash the potatoes well.
Then start growing them. Put the potato horizontally and cut a cap. (I advise you to use a small knife with a thin and flexible blade). Then grow concentric rings inside the potato, from edge to inside. Turn the potato upside down and grow slightly towards you, from left to right all around (but don't go all the way, keep a moth / cap so that the petals don't come off).
Grease the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle sea salt on top. Bake the potatoes for 30 minutes on high heat. After this time, repeat the step with the oil and salt and, again, put in the oven, also for 30 minutes. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top and bake again for 5 minutes.

How do we prepare the flower poppy cake recipe?
Prepare the mayonnaise: Put the yeast in a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of flour, a tablespoon of sugar and pour 1/3 of the total amount of milk (heated).

Boil until the water evaporates. Take the pot off the heat, put the lid on and leave for 20 minutes. After cooling, put the poppy seeds in a blender and chop them. Add the sugar and mix. The filling must be sweet.
When the dough has risen nicely, divide it into 3 parts, spread each ball (disc), obtaining a not very thick sheet of dough (the dough will grow nicely in the oven).
Tip for the Cozonac flower with poppy recipe
Spread the sheets one at a time and then place them directly in the tray lined with baking paper. Grease the first and second sheets with poppy seed paste. Put the 3 sheets. 3. Immerse the rose stalks up to 1/3 of the length in the sweet mixture.
4. Leave the stems in the sweet solution for about 10-12 hours.
5. Then transfer the stems to a bowl of plain water, dipping them to half length.
Growth of roots under the influence of the aloe vera flower.
1. Prepare a mixture of 1 l of water and 10 drops of freshly squeezed aloe juice.
2. Aloe juice should be added to freshly squeezed water.
3. Immerse the mixed stems to half their length.
