Black desert


Butter, milk, sugar and cocoa are put on the fire until the composition binds. After it has cooled, add the yolks one by one, flour, quenched ammonia with a little lemon, aronele, walnuts, beaten egg whites.

Pour the composition into a greased and lined tray and put in the oven.

After passing the toothpick test, allow to cool, then glaze and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
