Baked chicken breasts with potatoes


There is nothing more delicious and easy to prepare than this recipe, especially when you don't have much time to waste in the kitchen. The sweet and soft potato, combined with the aroma of larch and chicken is a wonderful treat.

  • 8 large potatoes
  • 8 copanes
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 red
  • 1 tablespoon pepper paste
  • 6 slices of Delaco cheese
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon vegeta
  • 4 bay leaves
  • half a teaspoon of pepper
  • greenery: I used larch

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Chicken chops with baked potatoes:

All vegetables are cleaned and washed well. The same is done with the chicken. Heat the oven to 175 degrees. Peel the potatoes and cut them into suitable pieces. Put the potatoes in a bowl and add 3 tablespoons of olive oil and then add all the spices and pepper paste. Mix well. Pour the potatoes into the pan. Put the stalks in a bowl and add a teaspoon of paprika and some finely chopped larch. We mix.

We put the copanels (don't forget to cut the meat so that they penetrate better) in the tray and mix them well with the potatoes. tomato cut into suitable pieces, larch and 4 bay leaves. Mix everything. Put the tray in the oven and leave it for 1 hour. After 1 hour remove the tray and put the slices of cheese on top of the potatoes. Put it back in the oven and leave it for about 5 minutes (until the cheese softens). We served this goodness with a tomato salad. It was super delicious. Good appetite!

Do not put water. I read in many recipes that we have to put water in the pan before putting it in the oven but I never did that and it turned out delicious.

I used homemade pepper paste. It is much more delicious.


Baked chicken breasts with potatoes

Baked chicken breasts with potatoes from: potatoes, sunflower oil, hot pepper flakes, coriander, cumin, honey, soy sauce, dijon mustard, chicken toppings and lettuce.

Ingredient:

  • 4 large potatoes, cut into quarters
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • a top of hot pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • a top of cumin seeds, ground
  • 6 tablespoons liquid honey
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 8 chicken chops
  • lettuce leaves for serving

Method of preparation:

Preheat the oven to 6/200 C. Mix the potatoes well with oil and spices. Then place them on a baking tray and bake for 35 minutes. Mix honey, soy sauce and mustard.

Wipe the cups with a kitchen towel, then put them in a plastic bag with the mustard marinade. Mix well, and if you have more time, leave them to marinate for a few hours in the refrigerator

Put the cups in a baking tray greased with oil and bake for 25 minutes, until well penetrated. Serve with baked potatoes and lettuce leaves.

  • 200g grated cheese
  • 100g butter
  • salt to taste

Choose beautiful potatoes, of the same size, wash well, so that no soil remains on their skin and bake in the oven, in a tray with coarse salt. When they are baked, make an egg-shaped hole in each potato, taking out the core with a spoon. From the core, make a puree: in a pan on the fire, mix the potato core with milk, cheese (approx. 50g), salt and a little butter.

Then place the potatoes in an oven tray, sprinkle some grated cheese on the bottom of each hollowed potato and add a piece of butter the size of a hazelnut. Break eggs and, in each potato, put one, then sprinkle with cheese and cover the egg with a layer of mashed potatoes. I leveled nicely with a knife. The potatoes placed in the tray are placed in the oven where they are left to bake for approx. 10-15 minutes, over high heat.

Serve hot, with butter from the saucepan if desired, with chops and white cabbage salad.

Step 9: - boil the rice mixture for about 20 minutes (taste to make sure it is ready)

The chicken is fragrant and slightly sour.

Wash the mushrooms and cut them in halves or quarters. Peeled potatoes cut into quarters. Finely chop the onion and fry it for 2-3 minutes in hot oil. Add the potatoes, reduce the heat and leave covered with a lid for 10 minutes. If necessary, add a little water. Put the mushrooms and leave them on the fire for another 10 minutes, without a lid. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and fresh parsley.

Baked Potato Steak with Chicken and Rosemary

Peel the potatoes and cut them in half (if they are medium potatoes) or leave them whole if they are small.

Wash the buds well with cold water. Put the chops and potatoes in a medium-sized tray. Rub with a tablespoon of sea salt. Add freshly ground pepper (to taste). Sprinkle the potatoes with olive oil.
