Keto buns from almond flour and psyllium

  • 20 g (3 tablespoons) psyllium bran
  • 60 g (3 tablespoons) almond flour

Beat the eggs with the salt, add the water and vinegar. Then add the almond flour and psyllium bran. The dough obtained is initially soft, but after 10 minutes it will thicken considerably. If not, adjust from the dry ingredients.

The dough is divided into 5 equal parts, from which the buns are shaped. Put them on baking paper, sprinkle seeds (or not) and put them in the preheated oven at 180 degrees C until they are nicely browned. It took me 40 minutes.

Remove to a grill and cut only after they have cooled completely. They are very good lightly fried in a fryer or on a frying pan.
