Puff pastry diamonds with cheese and fruit
Mix the cheese with the sugar and vanilla, if you like it sweeter, add more sugar or sweetener, or whatever you use.
Cut the dough sheet into approximately equal squares, depending on the size of the sheet. They go even more rectangular, you don't have to measure them, do it "by eye" :))
On the opposite corners, cut the edges of the dough to about one cm, as you can see in the pictures, ie not from end to end. This part is a bit difficult to explain, but the edges are cut on top of each other.
Place a tablespoon of cheese and a few blueberries in the shaped rhombus. I was working directly on the baking sheet, I took it when I finished filling the puff pastry and placed it in the tray.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until lightly browned on the edges. After they cool on the pot, powder them with powdered sugar.
