Peel an onion and chop finely. Cut the pepper into cubes. Peel a squash, grate it and cut it in half. Mushrooms are cut into strips. In a pot with boiling water and a lot of salt (about a tablespoon) put the spaghetti and boil according to the time given on the package. Put the oil and onion in a hot pan and leave for 1 min. Add the pepper and mushrooms, leave for 1-2 minutes and then put the pieces of sausage.

Put the tomato juice, spices (amount to taste), season and simmer. When the spaghetti is al dente, take it out of the pot and put it over the sauce. Mix everything well and leave for another 2-3 minutes. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top. Good appetite !
