Fruit jellies


Pt. that at home I have a huge fan of jellies ... and as he is allergic to commercial preservatives, I had the task of making this sweet :)

  • We need:
  • apple juice (100 ml)
  • quince juice (100ml)
  • 50 ml beetroot juice, for. color
  • sugar (about 500 gr)
  • juice of 2-3 lemons
  • 3 sachets of granulated gelatin

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Fruit jellies:

I boiled the fruit juices well with sugar and lemon juice, until a thick syrup was made, then I incorporated the previously hydrated gelatin in the water and poured it into molds. I left it to cool overnight, and in the morning I took them out of the molds and placed them on the plate. And that was all! They were very good, and the taster said he was delighted!

P.S. I noticed that silicone molds are best suited for jellies, but as I have never done before, I tried all kinds of shapes .... now I know very well what to choose!
