It's the first time I prepare soy and for this recipe I took a look at the recipe posted by Laura.

Phytosterols, lecithin, Omega-3 fatty acids and other substances in soybean seeds prevent the development of cancer cells, especially in breast cancer.
Soy also has beneficial effects on the functioning of the digestive tract, facilitating digestive and assimilation processes. Consumption of soy-based products also leads to a better regulation of menstrual cycles.
Isoflavones, ie those compounds similar to female hormones, help to balance the body of menopausal women, as well as to combat the effects of menopause - osteoporosis, hot flashes, contradictory mental states, poor circulation.

  • 150g soy cubes
  • 1/2 red pepper

  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • 4-5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 link parsley
  • a tablespoon of vegetable seasoning

RECIPE PREPARATION Soy dish with vegetables:

Clean and wash the vegetables.

Put the soy cubes in boiling water with a little salt for 10 minutes. After they have boiled, take them out and let them drain in a strainer.

Cut the onion into juliennes, crush the garlic, put the carrot on a small grater, cut the tomato into cubes, and cut the pepper into slices.


In a large skillet, put olive oil and sauté onion, garlic and carrot, then add pepper, tomatoes, a tablespoon of vegetable seasoning and a cup of water. Add salt and pepper to taste. Let it boil until the vegetables soften then add the soy cubes and let it boil for another 10 minutes. Add the chopped parsley and serve.
