Apple strudel

Apple strudel


Mix the flour with the salt and sugar, make a hole in the middle and add the melted and cooled butter, the beaten egg and gradually the milk. Knead the dough, finally cover it with cling film and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

We wash the apples, peel them and cut them into cubes,

Melt the butter, add the apples mixed with the sugar and cinnamon, let it harden until it softens and reduce the juice that leaves it

We spread a sheet and grease it with the apple composition, roll it and tighten it well at the ends,

Place in a tray lined with baking paper,

Grease with melted butter and bake for about 30 minutes
