RECIPE PREPARATION Dessert cheesecake with dark chocolate:

Grind the biscuits in a food processor / blender, add the melted butter and mix a little until well incorporated.

Wallpaper the bottom of a form with removable walls (diameter 20 cm) with baking paper and pour the composition of biscuits, then compact with a straight-bottomed glass.

Put the gelatin in a bowl of cold water (50ml) and leave it to hydrate. Melt on a steam bath.

Cut the chocolate and put the hot cream on it, mix well, let it cool then put the gelatin. Stir gently. Mix the mascarpone cream with the powdered sugar until fluffy and then add the chocolate and mix well.

Add the cream to the chocolate mascarpone cream and mix. Turn the composition into a cheesecake and leave it to cool for a few hours until it hardens. Before unwrapping the cake ring, carefully pass it around with a knife to peel off the edges.

Decorate the cheesecake with blackberries, raspberries and exotic fruits (canned) and then cut into slices.
