Potato bread


I boiled the cartridges in salted water, and when they were cooked I crushed them with a fork and mixed them with butter. I put the resulting puree in the bread machine, I added the milk, the water from the potatoes, the salt, the sugar, the flour and the freshly chopped yeast. I put the machine on the kneading program, I took out the dough on the work table when it was ready to knead, I divided it into quarters, I made some spheres and I put it in the silicone cake tray. I covered it with a kitchen towel and left it in a warm place to rise for about 20-30 minutes. I put the bread in the oven heated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. I mixed the yolk well with the milk, I greased the bread well, I sprinkled flax seeds and I baked it for another 10 minutes.

A beautiful bread came out like a holiday cake.
